Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply between the Service Provider (hereinafter referred to as "We" or "Us") and the Client (hereinafter referred to as "User"). By using the digital invitation service, the User agrees to the applicable terms and conditions.
1.1. Trial License
The trial license is free and limited to personal, non-commercial use.
The duration of the trial version invitation is 2 days.
Customization features and themes are limited.
Commercial use, including selling or redistributing the trial version invitation, is strictly prohibited.
1.2. Personal License
The personal license is intended for individual Users for private events, such as weddings, birthdays, circumcisions, or aqiqah (baby blessings).
This license cannot be used for commercial purposes, sales, or distribution to third parties.
1.3. Reseller License
The reseller license grants the User the right to resell digital invitations created using our service.
The minimum selling price to the end user is IDR 49,000.
Reseller Users are permitted to rebrand the digital invitations according to their business needs.
The reseller license includes full access rights to premium features and all themes.
Reseller Users are fully responsible for usage, marketing, and after-sales service to their clients.
Users are prohibited from transferring, selling, or lending the granted license without written consent from Us.
Usage: Each quota is valid for only one event, whether it is a wedding, birthday, circumcision, or aqiqah. Usage for more than one event requires additional quota.
3.1. Affiliate Provisions
The affiliate program provides a 30% commission for Users who successfully invite other clients to use our service through the provided affiliate link.
Commissions will be paid on the 1st and 16th of every month.
Commissions do not apply to purchases made by the affiliate for themselves (self-purchase).
3.2. Affiliate Program Violations
Spamming or unethical marketing practices in promoting affiliate links are prohibited.
Affiliate users involved in fraudulent activities or other unauthorized practices will be removed from the program and forfeit rights to any unpaid commissions.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend the User's license if violations of these terms and conditions are found, without refund.
Users may terminate the subscription or license at any time, but fees already paid will not be refunded.
By continuing to use our service, the User agrees to all applicable terms and conditions.
